This workshop is suitable for family, carers, support workers and volunteers working in an aged care context. Insight into the losses and challenges within the process of aging and the context of palliative care promote an understanding of the challenges for both the individual receiving support and the impact on those working in this area. Self-care and coping will be included in this training. ​
