What is Grief?

Grief is a natural part of life. Grief is our reaction to loss. Your reaction is very unique to you.

The intensity of the grief, the pain of grief and how individuals express their grief has no set pattern.

Someone who has experienced a loss that is significant to them can feel like they are on a rollercoaster of emotions, thoughts, physical impacts.

It can affect so many different parts of our lives.

If you would like to talk to one of our team, please contact us by telephone on 02 6882 9222, or simply complete the 'Client Enquiry Form' below (a NALAG team member will receive your form and contact you within 2 business days).

Health professionals and agencies: If you would like to refer a client, please download the 'Agency Referral Form' below.

NALAG NSW is unable to provide a crisis service.
