Please note: When you become a member of NALAG you automatically become a member of the Volunteer Rescue Association (VRA) and as such may receive information from the VRA.

NALAG does not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through our Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organisation other than the Volunteer Rescue Association. From time to time NALAG may use agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services for NALAG, however, they are required by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services for NALAG. In addition, NALAG may also share aggregate information about its customers and its web site visitors to advertisers, business partners, and other third parties. NALAG is sensitive to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13. The vast majority of the material on our web site is not intended for children and is not targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children and, if we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we will remove this information from our database.

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
If you choose to use PayPal as a payment method, your personal credit card information will not be given to NALAG.

EDUCATION & TRAINING EVENTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund Policy
NALAG (NSW) Inc reserves the right to cancel education programs (up to 1 week before the commencement date) that do not achieve minimum occupation rates in which case all fees paid will be refunded. NALAG will not be liable for any travel and/or accomodation costs incurred by registered participants to attend programs that are cancelled.
An administration fee of 25% of the registration fee will apply to cancellations by a participant up to 14 days prior to seminar or workshop commencement. For cancellations between seven and 14 days prior to the seminar or workshop, a 50% administration fee will be charged. NO refund will be made for cancellations less than 7 days prior to seminar or workshop. A substitute participant can be sent in your place at any time, please advise us of this change.
PURCHASE OF GOODS OR MATERIALS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The description and prices of goods and materials, postage and handling fee and other charges displayed of the NALAG website are current at the time of display. The description and prices are subject to variation without notice. NALAG will endeavour to maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing.
Placing and Accepting Orders
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ('your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct. Please note, that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
NALAG accepts Paypal as it's only online payment method. Alternatively, all resources and event fees can be paid by cash or EFTPOS from the NALAG Head Office
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, NALAG accepts no responsibility to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. If you require the order to be resent, we will require written confirmation of the correct address and payment of the additional postage and handling fee received in full.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform NALAG if an order does not arrive. If NALAG is advised that and order has not arrived by the anticipated date, NALAG will make enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. NALAG accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note, that if any goods or materials have been lost in transit, NALAG reserves the right to despatch replacement goods or materials at its discretion.

The annual NALAG NSW membership period is from 1 July through until 30 June the following year.
