Being at the Frontline of Grief

Presented by NALAG NSW

Learn to provide effective incidental grief support for customers and colleagues in your workplace.

Knowing what to say and when… Being at the frontline when people are experiencing loss and grief can be challenging. The National Association for Loss and Grief (NALAG NSW) is delivering a free, two-hour workshop designed to provide practical advice and tips to support you in your work.

This two-hour workshop is especially for frontline workers, not counsellors – those people who are the first point of call, at the front desk or answering the phone and other professionals such as bank tellers, hairdressers and taxi drivers who are compassionate listeners when customers are in distress.

Join the NALAG Mudgee branch and Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Kerrie Noonan, to develop handy skills for responding professionally and supportively to clients, customers and colleagues who are grieving.

Express your interest in attending this workshop at a location near you, please contact your nearest NALAG NSW branch.
