Farm First Aid Training

Free One-Day Course for Farm Workers

Presented by NALAG's Our Shout program and Australian Red Cross


On-farm accidents are a major problem for farming in Australia. Incidents can involve workers, bystanders to work and others (including children) and occur in a range of circumstances on farms of different agricultural enterprises.


Develop skills and improve the safety of your farm or rural workplace by enrolling in this First Aid training course, delivered by an accredited Red Cross Trainer.

On successful completion of this training course, students will be issued with up to date certification - a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID002 'Provide Basic Emergency Life Support'.


  • This training course is most suited to primary producers, farm workers and farm contractors.

  • Registration in this training course is strictly limited to two people per business.

  • A registration form must be completed for EACH individual attendee. You must have a government-issued USI number to register in this course. If you do not have a USI number, you can create one now online at (it should take less than 5 minutes to complete).
