Remembering Ceremony

Where: St Brigid's Catholic Church, Brisbane Street, Dubbo Time: 11.30am

Cost: FREE

 

This is an opportunity to remember a loved one by placing a sprig of wattle in remembrance.

 

Wattle is the symbol of grief, just as there are over one thousand types of wattle around Australia, so do countless individuals experience grief.

 

Please join us for the Remembering Ceremony which will be followed by light refreshments.

Adolescents and Adversity

 

1 Day Seminar with Clinical Psychologist Andrew Fuller

Adolescence is a time when tow major processes are changing the brain and making it a much more sophisticated instrument. Grieving adolescents report feeling misunderstood in their grief, freely admitting that their outward reaction often intentionally masks what is happening inside.

 

NALAG (NSW) Inc in partnership with NSCCH Health Promotion present this 1 day seminar featuring clinical psychologist Andrew Fuller. This seminar will explore strategies that service providers can utilize to improve wellness outcomes for adolescences facing loss and adversity.
